New government regulations which came into force on October 1 st 2008 means that careful consideration to drainage is paramount, necessitating a balance of hard and soft landscaping to contain the water in the garden as opposed to running onto the road and overloading the storm drains. In some cases where soft landscaping is not an option a fully permeable drive may be required using Marshalls Priora range of blocks and a fully permeable base.
